JotForm branding still shown after upgrading

Hi, I paid the bronze plan to remove your advertising from my forms, but I keep seeing it at the end of a form's fulfillment. How can I remove it?

From the account settings page, there is an option to remove the JotForm branding:

https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

Make sure that is not checked or the branding will show.
