GDPR IP capture

    Wanted to bump this thread.  What exactly is the workaround to no capture ip?

    Yes.  That is the exact thread I posted in my question.  

    The reply says: 'It's not possible to avoid collecting the IP address of your submitter, as far as I know, but if this is required for GDPR I think a workaround may have been implemented for European users. '

    So, what is the workaround?

    So to remain in compliance with GDPR, you want to disable the capture of user's IP address. Is that correct?
