I have fields that I have deleted that keep showing up in the actual forms

The fields in your screenshot still show on your form even after you have removed those fields from your form condition(s).

Can you tell us which condition(s) in your form are you referring to, please? I am assuming that this is the form you are currently working on — https://www.jotform.com/82145193163151, is that correct?

Yes that is correct, they still show up, those 3 fields. And yes, that is the correct form. Those 3 fields show up at the bottom of every dropdown, and scattered on the Max LTV Request.

First off, 2 of your conditions has errors. Please update them.

Regarding your main concern, the 3 fields shown in your screenshot are still in your form. So obviously, these fields would appear in your form when you go to the 2nd page. If you want to delete these fields, you must delete them in your form. Click the field then the delete red trash button.
