Set "Reply-to Email" to the same as "Recipient Email"

Hello Jot Form Team!

I have a quick question regarding the Reply-to Email setting on my form.  I would like to populate that based on a user selection from a field on the form.  I have attached a screen shot, essentially I want the Recipient Email to be the same as the Reply-to.  I see the option to type in an address, but I would like to specify a field (Like the recipient option) instead so it's based on the user input.  How can I accomplish this?
