I was able to successfully create an account record in Salesforce, but when I attached a file with the form, the record was never created.
Is this a bug or is this not supported?

Hey Erin - Any plan (from FREE to GOLD) should work with Salesforce. You mentioned "...but when I attached a file". Please keep in mind that FILE UPLOAD fields can only be mapped to Salesforce text-based fields. This won't pass the actual file uploaded, it will only pass the link of the uploaded file to the new Salesforce record created.
