How to retrieve forms that was not completed?

is there any that we can get a incomplete form back about people who start to fill out a request on our forms and then stops showing their info so we can call or email them to see what their problem was.

Do you mean when user fills up the form but later decided to not continue then you need to still collect the data? You can try to use the Save and Continue Later feature of JotForm. For more information you can check this article: How to Save Forms to Continue Later.
