Clarification on payment submissions

    Hi,

    I've been using Wufoo for many years and was looking for another form that allows me to collect payments. We don't do it very often, but would like to offer this to our members who are confident enough to send payment via the website.


    So my question is with the "free" I get 3 free payments, is that a total of 3 people that submit payments online for that form? We were paying almost $20/month and now realize that we were only able to collect payments for a trial period, so that was a waste of money.


    Is there a non-profit rate? And is your site easy to use like Wufoo?

    Yes, you're correct. For the free account, the payment submissions limit is 3 per month. That's the total payment submissions in all your forms.

    If you are on the Bronze plan, the payments limit is 10 per month.
