This is just a quick note to inform JotForm clients that our developers have been alerted of this urgent matter and will be working assidously to rectify it as soon as they possibly can.
We know it is of little consolation to offer appologies at this time. Nevertheless, we are very sorry about this.
In a sense, I have some idea of what some of you may be going through because just yesterday I happened to be one of the unfortunate few (150,000) to be locked out of my Google account (not just Gmail but the entire suite of services like Calendar, Picasa and so on) for an extended period. Luckily, they were able to restore all of my data, exept for messages I would have received during the period of the outage.
Hopefully our developers are able to restore all of your data but I honestly can't offer any guarantees until they inform me that they can indeed do so.
We will keep you apprised of what we're doing.

Can I ask you a quick question as no one seems to be getting back to me. I am looking to launch my website on Monday and only have a few days to iron out a few issues. I signed up with Jotform yesterday evening (Australia) and designed two forms. Is it likely my account and forms are now lost for good as I signed up so recently or is it likely they will be reposted and my account set back up?

I'm afraid that's a question only the developers can answer. Hopefully, some of them have read my email by now. I'm pretty new here and don't know if they all operate from Turkey but by my calculation if it's 12.32 am here in Barbados, it's 6.32 am in Turkey.
In addition to their email addresses, I probably should have had their phone numbers. Hindsight, as they say, is 20/20.

Hang in there everyone. I know Aytekin and you can take what he says to the bank. If he says that things will be back up, they will. Just bear with us a while longer.
Thanks for your understanding and patience because we know how these situations can make you feel.
