Can I embed a spreadsheet or Google sheet into a JotForm that the user can actually edit/add to?

I've tried the 'Spreadsheet' 'Spreadsheet to form' and 'iFrame embed' widgets but each seem to only offer a read only view of the spreadsheet.

I need my form users to submit some data to me in a spreadsheet format. Is that possible?

Sorry, but this is feature is not supported. What you can try is to use the Spreadsheet widget to achieve similar effect, or alternatively use our Iframe Embed widget to show Google Spreadsheet right on your form.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Hi Jed_C I've tried both the Spreadsheet and iFrame Embed widgets but neither seem to let the form user add content to the spreadsheet from the form. Is that right? I want the user to be able to see and edit the spreadsheet from my jotform.

Please note that you can grab your google spreadsheet's sharable link that you can embed it in your form and that should solve your problem.

Here are the steps you need follow:

#1. Grab your google spreadsheet's sharable URL which should allow anyone with the link to edit the spreadsheet.

#2. Add Iframe embed widget in your form and include the google spreadsheet URL. Please check the screenshot below:

Please take a look at the following demo form I created for you and see if it works as expected from your end as well:  https://form.jotform.com/82261799499982

    Hope this helps.
