Deactivated Jeunesse Opt in Form

Hi there

I had a response about sending a emai reply to multiple respondents to my Opt in form.

I have created a new form to send a reply to everyone in one hit, but I am a bit stuck on SMTP settings. What is the host name? is it jotform? and is it my username and password that is required?
