Display unique id on a form prior to submitting

Is there a way that the unique id can be displayed on the form prior to the form being submitted? 

I have it showing on the thank you page and on the pdf but want it on the form as well.

Unfortunately, that is not possible because the Unique ID will be generated when the form is submitted.
