Some users can not access my link

Im having trouble with my link. Some users are able to access the link but others receive a broken link screen.

what is the cause of this? And how can I fix it?

I checked the URL https://form.jotform.co/GEMYORK/employment-placement-form- and it seems to work fine on my side. Does your link match with the link that I checked?
