I've read this thread.  I am now getting the above error.  Why all of a sudden?  We have a deadline coming up on our response for the luncheon.

I cloned your form to test it and I am unable to reproduce the issue, I was redirected to PayPal to make a payment:

My clone redirects to PayPal as it should.  This is with no modifications being made to the form. I have also tried to integrate my form with your email, but the same error as you got appeared.

I would recommend contacting PayPal to see if there are any issues with your account or restrictions.  Your form should be working as it is set up. Our basic PayPal integration is not prompting PayPal account verification, so you should only check if the paypal email is spelled correctly. Also, it can be a temporary issue on PayPal side.
