Just in case you are in the same boat as me (as the guys who run this site did not respond to my question or any like it) - I signed up last night (Australian time) and created two forms.
Could not log on this morning and was led to believe that because I signed up so recently everything would be lost. This is not the case and both forms and log on are now working.
I know this isn't much help to those who were relying on data but for me it's great!

I'm very glad to hear that everything is back up and running. I'm guessing that the lack of responses was due to the fact that they were sleeping but I can't say that for sure.
Anyway, super news.
