How to add text field in email content?

Can you guys possibly help! I have a form that when a user reaches the tab (jotform card) question #12 on the form https://form.jotform.com/rtbsydzach/arrowhead-arc

I need to be able to send this page back via email using I presume, an autoresponder email. 

I have checked your form and this section of your form is a text field and by default text fields,headers  and images are not included in your email content.

If you want to add them, you need to manually insert them in your email content. You can also just copy and paste the text inside your Email content.
