hello,
What does this mean, and where is my key?
Upload Your Private KeyYour private key will never be sent to JotForm servers.
It will saved in your browser local storage
until you logout JotForm, so you don't have to re-enter it. -

It seems you might have encrypted your form.
The private key would usually be found in your downloads folder. Look for "jotform.key" in your downloads folder.
To know more about encrypted forms, you can check this article https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
Do note that creating a new key will not let you view your old submissions, as each encrypted submission is unique and will only open to a specific encrypted key.
Hope this information helps.
Thank you.
