Certain automated e-mails are not being sent once a form is submitted.

    We have been using jotform for over four years and this problem has just started to occur. Random automated e-mails that are sent once a form is submitted in Jotform is not going through. Multiple people receive these e-mails but when one is not sent no one receives them. 

    The URL i provided is for the jotform page where we submitted the form and the screenshot is one of the automated e-mails that we are supposed to receive.

    I did check your form and found that you have added several notification email alerts and few conditions as well to send submission emails. 

    Since you have shared a screenshot, please let us know which email alert is not sending submission emails and we will take a look.

    When you say random emails are not being sent, can you please check the submissions for which email emails were not sent and see if some conditional values are causing this issue.
