Map now says "For development purposes only"

Hello,

I created a form with an embedded map. It worked perfectly on all platforms I tried for several weeks, but recently the map gives an error ("Google: This page can't load Google Maps correctly."), and has "For development purposes only" written across. The map is no longer fully functional, in that you cannot select a location.

Could you please advise? Is there a time limit on the free form?

Upon checking your form, there was no Google Maps API Key provided. Please fill in this data to be able to successfully use Google Maps. You may click on the "Do you own this website?" link provided in the map which will redirect you to Google's guide and will instruct you on how to resolve it.

Once your Google account is correctly setup, please fill in the Google Maps API Key on the form by clicking on the widget, then click the wand icon to open the widget's properties. Scroll to the bottom to see the Google Maps API Key field. Don't forget to save your updates by clicking Update Widget button.

Thanks for the detailed response. I didn't realize I had to obtain an API key - and it looks like Google might charge for this!
