Why am I not receiving the forms

    The form people are filling out tells them that I have received it, but they never show up in my email.

    Hi Jeannie,

    Welcome to JotForm!

    First off, I'd like to suggest to create an account here in JotForm to avoid any inconveniences in the future. Actually, your form is on a "guest account" meaning you aren't logged in when you created your form. Forms created on guests are cookie based, meaning whatever may happened to your browser cookies, purged or crashed, you'll lose access to your form. To avoid this, just register an account here using the email address used on your form.


    I have now removed your email from the bounce list. It should be working fine now. Your email address endeed up to the bounce list due to the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons.  Please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/errors/postmaster-27.html [120]'

    It seems like there is an issue on your email service provider. Hopefully this should be going fine now.
