How to access a form which is under the main account?

I accessed one of my forms just on Monday via the jotform website.  When I went to access it again yesterday the form was no longer appearing.  I don't remember the exact name of the form, but it's called something like -  'application for employment.'

How can I recover/find it?!

I could see that the main owner of this form https://form.jotform.com/solutio/stagneshome-application-employment is solutio, it is under his My Forms section and not shared with anyone.

If you need access to this form then you may ask the main account holder to provide you with necessary access.
