Form hanging on submission - please wait message

I have the form:https://form.jotform.com/73244118924153 and when I fill out all the data and click submit, the submit button changes to "Please Wait" and will never submit the form. I was having issues with this same form where it would not allow me to even submit the form. This is a very critical form and I need to have this resolved.

I was able to submit a cloned version of your form.

Is this issue happening when you test the form by its direct link, or when you test an embedded version of the form? Can we try to submit a test form entry?
