Can I have the form to automatically close down when submitted?

Since the form is placed as a part of a page, I need form to close itself after submitting. Or an option visible to close it would be ok.

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you would like for the form on the website you shared with us to return to its original state when it is submitted, is that correct?

May I suggest that you try to make the link to your website as the Redirect to external link of your form, please? Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

Hi Mike, that would be an easy solution but then the page will reload. Not nice for the visitor, don't you agree?

To clarify, do you want your from to reload itself after a submission has been made and not the whole web page?

You can try to use your form URL to redirect after the submission.

Well it wasn't what I had in mind but since the size of "Thank you page" has been minimized (did you do that?), it is ok.
