New Recipient not getting forms results

    Good afternoon,


    On 3 forms that belong to the CSM account and I am an admin user on are having an issue with the recipient arlanabennett@csm... receiving them upon completion. I was getting them when I created the forms, but yesterday I switched the recipient and now they aren't receiving them. 


    I just added my name to the recipient list to see if I will get them.


    The forms are: General Cleaner, Floor Tech, and Supervisor

    I investigated the account javin4man for the forms mentioned by you, but could not found it in your account.

    Could you please help us with the URLs of the 3 forms so that we could investigate further on the issue.

    The forms are in the account of CSM America. Those forms are shared with me

    Upon checking "General Cleaner, Floor Tech, and Supervisor" forms, it seems that the email was incorrect. The recipient was not arlanabennett@csmamerica.com, but instead it was abennett@csmamerica.com. Please add the correct email to you recipients list.
