Individual Tickets with Barcodes

    Hello,

I have a very specific inquiry that I was hoping you could assist me with. I want to create individual QR codes that can be automatically generated for about 500 "people". This would be used at the housing complex I work for in order for our residents to check into events. Therefore, the would be no money involved into the transaction. However, it is important for us to have the ability to easily see who's tickets were not scanned in. Thus, we would want the unique QR code to represent their home address (maximum of 6 characters) that we could refer to, organizing and searching in a similar style of an excel document.

It would also be ideal if one household QR code could also be sent via email to two individuals, as there may be more than one person per household.

Would it be possible to create something of a user page including their address as their identifying name and link two email addresses, then - similar to a MailChimp campaign- when distributed all these emails would receive their unique, automatically generated code (some duplicates for more than one person per household)?

Do you already have a system to accomplish this, or to accomplish something somewhat similar? Or is this idea just too crazy!? I found JotForm from the forum page listed below, which seemed like the objective was headed in a analogous direction. Let me know, and I would be happy to discuss the possible avenues further.

    Hello Lindy,

For the first look it seems that there are options to implement your idea. However, we would need some more information on the flow you need to set up.

We have several QR code widgets, which could be of help. For example, Dynamic QR Code widget can create QR codes for every form respondent. There is also an option to apply some conditional statements to create duplicate codes for same household. This code you could deliver to your respondents via Autoresponder email: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Hope this helps, but we would gladly assist if you provide us some more information.
