Is this error message from Authorize.net or from Jotform? This is what came back when someone tried to make a credit card payment:PCI :: Error during transactionThis account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request.

I could not reproduce the issue you described when I test Authorize.net on my form.
It is possible the issue had to do with your Authorize.net configurations.
Can you please try applying the resolution described on the Authorize.net support page here
Let us know if issue persist.
