Ive upgraded my account from Free to SILVER but still received email saying I need to upgrade???

    Ive upgraded my account from Free to SILVER but still received email saying I need to upgrade because i's reached payment limits. I had a look at my account and it says SILVER and I have only received 4 payments, so nowhere near limit.

    Is this a mistake email or am I missing out on payments coming through?
