I see where I am supposed to edit the body of the email...but where do I get the info from? I see the little window on the right..but it does not contain all the fields from my form. Is it suppose to? I want every field, even the html and ones that don't require an answer, to all show up in my notification.

I once asked this in the contact us section and received a great answer but there appears to be no way to retrieve those private messages to refer back to it. Sorry. And I've searched your site and forum for two days and still can't figure this out.......

Basically you are correct to use the box on the right.

This contains the fields necessary to create your Email Notification and they should all show up and coincide with the fields you have on your form but you. By default they are normally automatically generated as seen above and will contain the responses from your customers when the form is submitted. As for the additional information that is contained on your form such as the paragraphed dialogs that would need to be manually edited and input into the email if thats what you are referring to.

Now as for " private messages " to refer back to. I'm not quite sure what you mean by that since it does not relate to an email notification. Could you please elaborate a little more on this? If you remember the name or topic of that thread I may be able to locate it for you.

Hi, as you have found out already, you cannot really see among the email fields available on the right-panel the html fields  you added on the form. Since, they are not there, you cannot add them in similar method as the available fields.

BUT -- you can just copy/paste your html text from your form's html field into the email's message body. (like any other text), you can style it like an html.

You can test this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23426075261954 .Only the email address is required, as I only put an autoresponder to have it reply back and you can see the message.

    Hope this help.
