I�m disappointed- why on earth choose Skrill?

I’m disappointed- why on earth choose Skrill? One thing for sure - I won’t be using it. Jotform , I felt, was a reliable company to work with, but you’ve let yourself down by pairing with them. Very disappointed indeed.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt that way. Just like other companies out there, we provide options to our users. You are not forced to use Skrill and neither them forcing you to use their service. 

Again, we have a log of payment options that you can choose from. It would also be best to send your feedback to Skrill since we are only integrating with their platforms. Whatever experience you had with the company, it might be best to send them a feedback directly to improve their service.
