How can i create a digital signature contract with the form?

How can I create a contract which can be signed via the digital signature, so they can sign the from through a touch pad tablet?

Can you tell me how I can do this?   

I haven't started to design it yet, can I do it through Jotform? 

You can add "digital signature" to your form by following the steps:

1) Click the "Add Form Element" button on the left.

2) Go to "Widgets" and search for the "Sign".

3) Then drag the preferred "Signature" to your form.
