Time a reminder email will be sent

Hi,

I've planned a reminder e-mail on a specific date. (screenshot)

Today it will normally be sent, but at which hour will the mail be sent?

Inspecting the network request made by Jotform when I click Save, I see

"sendDate":"2018-08-16 09:00:00"

which shows whereas there is no time field, the email will be sent at 09:00. However this date does not include a timezone, so it is unclear which 09:00 is this.

Alternatively, you can add a hidden date&time field to your form, set the time you want the email to be sent as the default value(i.e. 2018-08-16 17:00), and finally select your form field's name in the Set Email Time option. Note that the timezone is still not certain in this method.

How do we know this?

You can check your history page to confirm what emails were sent out by logging in here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history. Make sure you select the email in the filter option in the top right corner so you can view only email history.

This will show all the emails that have been sent out.
