Our website only requires forms to be active for certain periods. When I try to downgrade, it takes me to a plimus screen that asks for a username and password. When I try to use my name and password from Jotform, it takes me to another screen that has a message - "Your username or password is not valid.

Your username and password in Jotform is NOT your login in Plimus, it is different.
