How to downgrade my account?

Dear CS,

Kindly inform due to i need to stop my subscription  and maybe after some time will be continued..whats should i do ? this month i don't want be charged . but if i plan to reopen again i need my existing form still should be there.. please advice

You can downgrade your account to the free plan. Your account will be limited according to free plan but your forms will be there and be waiting for you. There will be no loss on your forms.

However, if you wish you can download your all data and backup it. Here is the guide:
