I'm having an issue with my payment system

I have square attached to one of my forms take payment but it doesn't seem to be working.

(works on other forms)

Are you able to have a look for me?

When open your form in form builder's publish section I can see your form and made a successful test submission:

However, when I try to open your form by clicking your link, I can replicate the problem:

This problem may be caused by making modifications to your form but not re-embed to your website. You will need to re-embed the form everytime changing the form.
