Inside of the My Forms folder select your form, click on the Reports option and select (View) a report you created.

Visual Report that shows no dataThank you
I was able to retrieve my saved document, however, some of the data was not captured during the saving process. Throughout the report, there is a message that says “No Data Available” (see screen shot below), when in actuality, I did have the data for the questions, as well as an inserted chart. Can you please tell me what I need to do to have all data included? Also, since I have already saved the work, is there a way that I can go back into the document to make future changes?

I am unable to see your screenshot. Please note that the files attached inside of an email will not be shown here on the forum. You need to open this thread and upload your screenshot.

How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum

Also, please provide us the links of your form and your Visual report. Also, tell us for which form field the data is not displayed.

By following the steps I provided in my previous reply, you can open the Visual Report builder and make future changes. Just don't forget to save them.

I have checked the report and notice that some of the fields are displaying 'No data available' message. As I checked it further, they seem to be displaying the chart in the build mode and not when previewing the report. Investigating further, I suspect that the issue could be with the field labels that are having HTML tags.

Please try editing the field names on your form without having these HTML tags and then add the fields to the report again so that they should be displayed properly.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

When I try this method it does not give me the option to “view” a report I created. I was able to pull the report by selecting the “clone of visual report” option, however, I am not able to edit this report. I need to be able to pull the original saved visual report, so that I can make changes to it.

If I understand correctly, you wanted to change the data used for the chart.

    To do this,

    1. Select the chart first, then click on the cog icon to open the configuration screen.

    2. You can change the chart data used.

Im not familiar with what an HTML tag is. Can you please explain?

Please see the screencast below that can help you with removing the HTML tags in the field labels from the form.

After editing the field labels, you may try adding/changing the fields to the visual report so that the data should be displaying correctly.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thank you, im still not following your information. You sent a screen shot of the page, but there are no instructions on how (or where) to remove the html tags. Could you please explain further how to do this? As I am not familiar with what an html “tag” is, therefore I do not know where to look on the survey to find and remove them.

You need to highlight the HTML tags (text located inside of the <> signs) and delete it with backspace on your keyboard as shown in the screencast my colleague Kiran provided.

From what I saw the issue is related only to the rows of the Input Table field "To what extent are you concerned about the following neighborhood safety issues in Greater Bond?".

Currently the rows names look like this:

    Speeding or car crashes <br>

    Vandalism

    Burglary/Theft

Loitering or loud noise (i.e. talking/music)

    Public intoxication

    Drug use or dealing

    Prostitution

    <span style="font-size: 11.004px; display: inline !important;">Gun violence or homicide</span>

    <span style="font-size: 11.004px; display: inline !important;">Child abuse/neglect</span>

    Physical or sexual assault

You need to remove highlighted HTML tags from the row names. This is how the row names should look like:

    Speeding or car crashes

    Vandalism

    Burglary/Theft

Loitering or loud noise (i.e. talking/music)

    Public intoxication

    Drug use or dealing

    Prostitution

    Gun violence or homicide

    Child abuse/neglect

    Physical or sexual assault

Ok, thank you. after I remove the html tags, how do I transfer the changes so that they are reflected on the visual report?
Also, once the report is saved, how can I save it or send it externally?

If you want to download the report, you may click on it's name:

    1534521347Screenshot_3.png

If you need to get a link to your report, it can be received through "Share" option when report is edited:

Please check this options and let us know if you need more help.

Thank you. Once I click on the share option, what is the next step? It does not allow you to move further. I would like to be able to email the visual report I created, or be able to send my supervisor the link to the report (preferably email would be best), could you please send instruction on how to do this?

Please refer to the user guide also: How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions

When sharing, you have the ability to either share the direct link to the report or embed it to your website in an iFrame. For added layer of security, the report can be password protected.
