Hello Iain,

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. I have checked your form and can see PayPal integration set up. If you refer to Email notifications under your form, then yes, they will be only sent if the payment is completed. Otherwise, you will receive form submission as incomplete payment.
