I have built a website for Duchy Vets. The pages that have the forms on, do not allow any of the dropdowns at the top of the page to work at all - is there something I can change in the html code of the form page to allow the dropdowns?
I use the code from jotform that says 'Dreamweaver' on it - is there a different code I could use from jotform to prevent this happening?
Thank youPage URL:

The script code of the form is conflicting with the other scripts in your website. This is the reason when you select the pet online registration form, all of the dropdown menus on top of the pages no longer work. You will notice if the pet online registration form is not the current page, the dropdown menus will work as normal.
To resolve this, you should use the iframe code instead of the dreamweaver code from jotform. Use this guide : -How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code
You can also check this thread for other additional info you can use since you are probably using dreamweaver editor too.
Please inform us if you have further inquiry.
