How can I set condition for 2 actions ?

I wish to apply a condition.

On my form it MUST be equal to UK and also CAR.

Once both are true then show Reg Number.

How can i set condition for 2 actions please

To set two condition to trigger an action you need to:

Create multiple IF conditions then you must set the rules  to ALL.

When one condition is not met, the condition will not trigger.
