My Account is Suspended

    Hello,


    I tried to login to my account for the first time in a long time and it says that my account is suspended. Please help.

    Upon review of your account I found that it was suspended because of form: https://www.jotform.com/60896827263165 requesting Credit Card Information on plain text fields.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card numbers on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI compliant ways to do this,all you need to do is to choose any of the Payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate in your forms, you still won't be able to collect credit card numbers directly.

    I highly recommend you to verify your forms and remove if necessary fields that are requesting information that is not allowed by our: Terms of Use in order to avoid any inconveniences.

    I have deleted the delictive fields, and reactivated your  account.

    I have verified and the account is active, and as well I have whitelisted your IP and verified it, can you please verify that the IP we have in the account:24.130.199.246  is the one you are currently using, in the web page: https://whatismyipaddress.com/
