Can the payment be taken before submitting the form?

I'd like to combine 2 forms into one..all of my payment forms "XXXX Checkout ($XX First Qtr)" with this 2nd form "diagnostic."

HOWEVER, I'd like to keep it so the user's credit card is processed IMMEDIATELY after inputing their credit card information, which will be in the middle of the form. In other words, I don't want to wait for the person to complete the entire form before processing their credit card information, but rather right after the step where their cc information is captured.

However, the payment cannot be processed without submitting the form, so the users can enter their payment information and then submit it to get the payment processed successfully.
