Conditions requiring a question to hide do not work.

The form is called Enduring Power of Attorney.

The form asks -  How many Attorneys do you wish to appoint?

The user can answer with "One" "Two" "Three" or "Four"

If the answer is One there is a condition that says -

Hide the other questions such as the name of Attorney number "Two" etc.

No matter what I do the conditions are ignored.

I cloned your form and made test submissions to it. Firstly, you need to change your "Multiple Choice" field to "Single Choice", because the user should not choose two options together (i.e. "One" and "Two"):
