After Paypal payment user will be directed to the "Thank You" page of your form. You can change the "Thank You" page to redirect users to your website which can solve your problem.

To change "Thank You" page as redirecting your website:

1-) Click "Edit Thank You Page" at the bottom of your form builder.

2-) Change "Show a thank you page" button to "Redirect to external link" button. Then add your website to the URL input box.

Also, you can try Paypal Pro to prevent redirecting your user to the Paypal payment gateway. You can check http://www.jotform.com/help/183-Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro for differences between Paypal and Paypal Pro

There is a feature of Paypal which is "Auto Return URL" which can help your problem. You can check this at https://www.paypal.com/ph/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/mer/express_return_summary-outside.

After the payment from Paypal, it should automatically redirect back to your form's thank you page.

Please follow canunaldi's guide on how to set a custom thank you URL for Card forms. For Classic form, follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission
