My upgrade not being processed.

    Hi I contacted you yesterday about my upgrade not being processed can you please sort this ASAP

    I did check your account and found that you have existing bronze yearly subscription plan. The issue is that you have exceeded the allowed limits of bronze plan. It seems you have received 1178 submissions this month and since bronze plan has limit of 1000 submissions, that is the reason why your account is not over quota.

    You will have to upgrade your account to higher plan. Do you want to upgrade to silver monthly or yearly plan? Do get back to us which plan you would like to upgrade and we will share the direct upgrade URL with you. Once you upgrade your account to higher plan, we will go ahead and process the prorated refund for your last subscription payment.
