How can I change payment gateway and currency at my Order form?

Hi,

1. I am not able to change payment gateway from the original template. I do not want to integrate any payment gateway in my form as I will be using payment options offline.

2. I need to display currency INR instead of Dollar.

3. The options in drop down are not displayed properly.

Can anyone help me on this issue.

 Issue no. 3: "The options in drop down are not displayed properly." has been resolved using CSS option from "Form Designer" got from click on icon available at "Build" tab just under "Preview Form" option.

To use different payment integration, you need to delete the PayPal field first. 

If you only need to collect orders without processing a payment, I can suggest to use a Purchase Order integration, allows you to create payment forms without payment vendor integration.

I am not able to delete the PayPal payment field. I did not find any trash icon.

You need to select the payment field you have added in form. Please check the screenshot below how to delete payment field and add purchase order payment tool:
