Submit Problem

Please see link, the form won't let me submit at all it just says 'please wait...'

Please Help!

I have cloned and tested your form. On my form, there is no problem with submission. However, when I tried submission via your webpage I was able to replicate the issue. 

Sometimes, the code on your website can cause problems like this. To handle that, I would suggest you use the iFrame code when embedding the form on your website.
