Can certain answers in a survey be reported on a separate row?

I have an order form for people to order gifts and send it to a recipient.  They can enter multiple recipients on the form.

Is there a way to have the 2nd, 3rd, etc recipients reported on a separate row so I can do a mail merge?

Example ( "|" indicates a separate cell):

This is how it's currently reported:
Buyer name  |  Recipient name #1  |  Recipient email #1  |  Recipient name #2  |  Recipient email #2  |  

This is how I need the data:
Buyer name  |  Recipient name #1  |  Recipient email #1
Buyer name  |  Recipient name #2  |  Recipient email #2

If I understood your question correctly that if "How many Making Difference grams did you purchase?" has "1" as an entry then you want to show one Recipient Name and Email and if "2" is entered the two Recipient name and email should be shown.

I have the form set up so the correct # of email fields appear. 

What I need is to have each recipient on a different line when I export the data in Excel.  Is this possible?

Unfortunately, It is not possible to customize the submission excel via JotForm. However, you can edit the excel with Microsoft Excel functions. Let us know which format you require to export your data so that we can assist you better.
