Thank you page not loading on embedded form

    Hi! I embedded a form on my Wordpress site. When someone completes the form and hits the 'submit' button, the form gets stuck with "please wait...". The submitter never sees the Thank You page (likewise, I tried to redirect to another URL with same result).

    Please advise!

    I tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. 

    Please re-embed your form with the iFrame code to resolve this issue.
