How do the storage limits work?   We have the silver plan.   It says we have 100 GB "Available Space", but also that we have "Unlimited Total Submission Storage".  I'm not sure what the difference is between those.  What counts towards each limit?    What happens to the data when the limits are reached.  Thanks for your help!

    Hi Maureen,

The 100GB available space is for your uploaded storage files while the unlimited total submission storage stores the submission data of your form. This is also the total number of submissions you can store on your account.

To explain further, when your form has files uploaded with a size of 3MB into the submission. The file size (3MB) uploaded will deduct the "100 GB space" and 1 submission count will go to your total submission.

When your upload space limit has been reached, your form would be disabled. You can however, delete uploaded files submission to free up some space.

    Hope this information helps.
