using CSS to embed scale rating in an email

Is it possible to do this with jotform?

Email clients typically block scripts from loading for security reasons. They even block images as well allot of the time. So even if you got it to display it may not be as effective as you might think when it arrives in your clients mailbox.  Sending a link to the form with your scale rating field would likely be a better solution.
