I entered in my email for a password reset and the email won’t come thru. Help! Can’t access my account. Email is correct cause I got other stuff from jot form so not sure what is happening

I have checked the email address for the account Nealay which is related to the form you provided and it seems like the emails have been sent without any problems.
I would recommend you to check your spam/junk folder since the email may have ended up there.
If the problem persists, please let us know.
