notification email went to spam folder

    A signup went to my spam with message...

    This message has a from address in jotform.com but has failed jotform.com's required tests for authentication.  Learn more

    Why would it fail? I provide a package forwarding for military personnel so I cannot afford to be involved with spammer or criminals... why did this happen is this a spoof? I received 2 like this
